Following the overwhelming success of the inaugural Business Leader Briefing in June, the SCMP invited a group of Hong Kong’s business leaders and opinion-makers to the Island Shangri-La on September 18 for second briefing of the series, to discuss: Expectations of the Chief Executive's Policy Address.
