Following the overwhelming success of the first two Business Leader Briefings held in June and September, the SCMP will again be inviting a select group of senior executives to the Island Shangri-La on November 20 for the third of the series, to discuss: Hong Kong's education system.

A specially commissioned survey of business leaders will be the starting point for the debate by our expert panellists and invited guests. Participants will discuss what they feel are the most important issues and from this a white paper will be developed and presented to the government in a spirit of constructive engagement.
