South China Morning Post and the Faculty of Business and Economics of The University of Hong Kong have created this seminar series to explain and debate China's policy development and reform programmes with input from Mainland and overseas experts. Through this Series, we seek to raise awareness and understanding of these issues on all sides of the debate, and create opportunities for the transfer of knowledge and closer collaboration with and investment in the Mainland.
